Thank you for choosing Livin Watches timepieces. We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our watches, and we're confident that you'll be satisfied with your purchase. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer the following warranty coverage:
Limited Warranty Coverage:
Livin Watches warrants to the original purchaser that our watches are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
What's Covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship of the watch movement, dial, and hands.
- Manufacturing defects in the watch case, crystal, and bracelet or strap.
What's Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper handling of the watch.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, changes in color or finish, and worn-out straps or bracelets.
- Water damage unless expressly marked as water-resistant and used within the stated water resistance rating.
How to Obtain Service:
If your watch requires warranty service, please contact our Customer Service team at livinwatches@gmail.com or at any of our social media pages. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and details of the issue with your watch. Upon approval, you will be provided with instructions for sending the watch to our authorized service center for evaluation and repair.
Exclusions and Limitations:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
- Livin Watches reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under warranty and to repair or replace the watch, at our discretion.
Legal Rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
